Me Suzanne Gagné
Ms. Gagné obtained her law degree from Laval University in 1994, where she distinguished herself by winning first prize in the Laskin Canadian pleading competition.
After being admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1995, she practiced law for a private firm in various fields such as constitutional law, civil law, commercial law, family law and criminal law. She has had the opportunity to plead before several jurisdictions such as the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada.
In 2002, she associated herself with Mr. Serge Létourneau at Létourneau Gagné, s.e.n.c.r.l., and since then, she concentrates her professional activities in civil litigation, particularly in the field of professional liability of financial advisors and investment dealers.
Ms. Gagné is also a part-time teacher at the Quebec Bar School.
During the last years, Ms. Gagné has supervised Laval University’s Law Faculty team for the Laskin pleading competition.
Since May 2006, Ms. Gagné is a member of the Quebec City Bar Committee.
Ms. Gagné is the proud mother of 2 children.
